ANNOUNCEMENT:
Q & A PROCESS
September 16, 2014  

We are posting above, the recent questions and answers that we have processed.  We are consolidating questions regarding the Monthly Assessments Increase, the Meter Replacement Program and all other 
questions.  We are also creating an INDEX, cross-referencing subject matter and Question Number.


We are also changing our process for handling Questions & Answers. A part of the change is that we will no longer answer questions that are forwarded to us from or through another person, even if that person sends the question(s) to the Q & A email address.  Indirect and third-party questions sent outside of the process create unnecessary additional work for all involved as the questions cannot be properly tracked.  The question(s) will be returned to the sender, advising them to send directly to the Q&A email address which is
deercreek2013qa@aol.com.

We will also be grouping similar questions and responding to them in our updates instead of individual responses to people. We feel this will help us reach the most people, as some do not visit the web site to review key Q&A's. The exception to this will be where a person presents a question that is unique and/or not related to a specific project. The Board takes our answers very seriously and strives to provide the best point in time answer that we can.  Such answers often require time and research. We need to streamline this Q & A service to ensure that we can better manage the process, the amount of time spent by board members and the expectation in terms of turnaround time.
